Abstract submission

• The abstract must be sent to the address : m3a24conference@gmail.com (one page maximum, written in LaTeX, using the style m3a24.cls). Please download the template file.

• The deadline for submitting your abstract is : April 15, 2024

• Once your abstract has been accepted, you will receive a message from the Scientific Committee and a letter of acceptance for your participation to the conference as a speaker or for a poster presentation.

Journals and Book

• We are proud to announce that a book of proceedings of selected papers will be published (after double-blind reviewing) after the conference in the prestigious series : Springer Proceedings in Mathematics & Statistics (indexed in SCImago, SCOPUS, zbMATH and other databases). More details coming soon !

• We also inform our participants that full papers can be also submitted to the journal Journal of Engineering Technology and Applied Sciences , after the conference, (JETAS, e-ISSN: 2548-0391). JETAS is an open-access, free of charge, double blind peer reviewed journal. Every article will be given a DOI number. The JETAS journal is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 Generic License.

Deadlines

• The abstract submission deadline is set to April 15, 2024.

• Abstract acceptance : May 1, 2024

• Deadline for online payment May 15, 2024

Fees

• The fees are payable in Euro € only, except for local participants.

• Registration fees include : Coffee/tea breaks, a copy of the official book of the conference (electronic) and conference material.

• Upon payment, you will receive a receipt and a certificate of attendance will be delivered during the conference.

• Please note that if you need a receipt including VAT for your sending institution, you need to add the VAT (20%) to the fees mentioned above.

Payment can be made in three different ways :

1) By cash, on the site of the conference (we cannot offer credit card payment onsite).

Please note that if you plan to participate online (virtual), the payment must be made by bank tranfer of credit card before March 30, 2024.

Venue

• Getting to the M3A_24 Conference

The Conference will be held at the Applied Mathematics department, located in the Chemical and Metallurgy Faculty (Davutpaşa Campus).

Davutpaşa Campus is connected to the city center by the Metro line M1A : Davutpaşa-YTÜ station.

From the entrance of the campus, free shuttle buses will take you to the heart of the campus.

  You will have access to various shops, cafeterias and restaurants on the campus.

Travel information

Accomodation:

There is a wide range of hotels and flats in Istanbul. However, we advise you to book as soon as you are sure you will be able to attend the conference (after acceptance of your abstract).

Negociated rates :

The conference has an agreement with the Hotel "All Seasons Hotel & Suites" conveniently located in the Fatih district of Istanbul, at a walking distance from Aksaray metro station. We negociated a fixed price (Single / double room : 80 € , Triple room : 100€). These rates are per night (not per person) and include breakfast.
